The coaching exceeded my expectations because it was so much more than you would perhaps imagine from professional coaching. It was very special, personalized support from a very experienced, empathetic and versatile coach. The trainer's fluency in English. If necessary (and this often happened), the trainer explained incomprehensible things to me in English. That's very important when you're working with foreigners like me. I also really liked the warm, informal attitude of the trainer.
