Individual language and job application coaching for people with a migration background

Course information:

Your coach speaks the language of your home country. We will be happy to advise you in advance on the possibility and content of subsidised coaching with us in your national language.

The GDPR-compliant language coaching and online job application coaching for people with a migration background as individual coaching is customised to you as a participant and can help you improve your German as a foreign language and learn how to apply for jobs in Germany successfully. You don't have to cover all the coaching topics with the coach, but can focus on what offers you the greatest added value.

This one-to-one course is suitable for you if you do not have a perfect command of the German language, for example because you have come to Germany from abroad and are looking for a suitable job as a migrant in Germany. In this job coaching course, you and your coach will go through the entire German application process together and find out which qualifications and certificates you can have recognised in Germany. Of course, we will also support you with the recognition process.

The language coaching will teach you the most important words for creating appealing application documents and for the job interview. The language and application coaching lasts up to 50 teaching units. The coaching can take place in German, English, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and other languages and can help you find a job in Germany.

What is the content of the coaching?

The coaching can include the following elements: German as a foreign language (individual: A1 - C1) in combination with the goal of finding a job in Germany (language and application coaching)

• Strengthening self-confidence and authenticity in relation to migration to another country
