Course information

The GDPR-compliant rhetoric coaching online as individual coaching is customised to you as a participant and can help you to improve your rhetoric and be authentic. The entire content of the coaching does not have to be covered, but rather all the points that are most important to you are dealt with.

This course is particularly suitable for you if you feel insecure in your communication, dialogue or rhetoric and/or do not know how to communicate well and/or give an interesting speech or presentation. This course is also suitable for you if you struggle in certain conversational situations and don't know how to present, explain or say something.

The coaching can also be interesting for you to learn how to build connections with other people or how to argue convincingly.

What will you learn?

The coaching can include the following elements:

• Reducing stage fright and boosting self-confidence
• Job interview training
• Presentation training
• Conversation communication
• Mastering difficult interview situations
• Approaches to preparing for giving presentations and speeches and the structure of speeches
• Delivering speeches with and without notes
• Reducing filler words ("um")
• Voice training, correct pausing and the right emphasis
• Facial expressions and gestures
• Rhetorical stylistic devices and how to speak with the right language
• Convincing argumentation and repartee as well as defence against manipulation and verbal attacks
• Online conversations / online meetings and online presentations
• Researching and supporting AI in the preparation of dialogue situations or speeches
• Giving and receiving feedback
• Speeches on various occasions: Meetings, honours etc.
• Moderation and introduction of other speakers and guests

When does the coaching start?

You can start at any time, and the times are customised to suit you.

How long can the coaching last?

Rhetoric coaching lasts up to 40 teaching units and is 100% eligible for state funding through an education voucher / activation and placement voucher (AVGS) via your employment agency or job centre.
