As an AZAV-certified training provider, Rhetorican® specializes in personal development and offers certified measures in application coaching, rhetoric coaching, language and application coaching for people with a migration background and start-up coaching as well as employee and company coaching both online (GDPR-compliant) and offline.
It is very important to us that our customers and interested parties get to know us in a personal meeting beforehand and that we work out their needs together - because we can only develop effective and needs-orientated solutions if we adapt the coaching, training, seminar or workshop to the individual needs of our customers.
What does Rhetorican stand for?
The authentic self, rhetoric, communication and language are the connection to other people, cultures and the world.
As an AZAV-certified training provider, we help people to develop into authentic and self-confident individuals with their own special skills and to discover these within themselves.
To this end, we offer an individualised, practice-oriented approach to learning content focussed on the needs of the learner, such as getting to know and discovering oneself, the application process, professional life, rhetoric, language and self-employment.
Our employees and coaches are empathetic, professional, customer-orientated and motivating, both internally within the team and externally. We want to enable everyone - regardless of wealth, income and social status - to learn the skills they need most at the current stage of their lives. We want to be a community that supports and respects each other and enables personal development through appreciative feedback.
At Rhetorican, we specialize in public speaking, application training/coaching, language and application coaching for people with a migration background and start-up coaching. Our company was founded at the end of 2015 and aims to support people with personal or self-confidence barriers or challenges in their public speaking and to teach them individual, professional and authentic ways to maximize the benefits for the respective participant.
Who is behind Rhetorican?
Our team is probably best described as diverse, dedicated, focussed and professional. The composition of mentors, trainers, teachers, lecturers, translators, IT specialists, marketing experts and talented students/interns makes for a great team in which everyone contributes equally to the improvement of the organization.
In our coaching sessions, it is always particularly important to us to enable everyone to improve their public speaking skills so that they can be the dialogue partner and speaker they have always wanted to be. To express themselves and be so self-confident in their conversations and speeches that they are authentic, self-assured and convincing.
