It was a very open and trusting coaching process on both sides. Mr Rahe always responded to my needs, included relevant digressions and gave me lots of tips and advice. I always felt that Mr Rahe wanted to fully support my personal development. My high expectations of the coaching were fully met.

What I found particularly good: The free provision of a laptop for online coaching. Non-committal introductory conversation with the coach to see if it's a good fit. Both the appointments and the content could be arranged very individually and flexibly with the coach. The coach was very much oriented towards my needs.

I liked that the coach regularly works with me on language texts. We read a lot, learn new words and have dialogues. I also like that the trainer listens to my wishes when selecting careers that I would like to try. The trainer helps me in all matters, I am very satisfied with her.

I had the pleasure of completing the comprehensive start-up and rhetoric coaching program at Rhetorican and would like to share my positive experience. The coaching exceeded my expectations because it was so much more than you would perhaps imagine from professional coaching. It was very special, personalized support from a very experienced, empathetic and versatile coach. He navigated through the sessions with a lot of clarity and purposefulness, and at the same time with sensitivity and connection. I would never have thought, for example, that revising my CV could turn into such intensive biography work, which, in combination with other methods, was largely about uncovering or rediscovering the common thread in my professional life and also tracking down patterns and blockages and making people aware of them. The coaching was a very important process for me to become clear about what I have already learned, what my strengths are, what my professional direction is and how I can take the next concrete steps.

The trainer's fluency in English. If necessary (and this often happened), the trainer explained incomprehensible things to me in English. That's very important when you're working with foreigners like me. I also really liked the warm, informal attitude of the trainer. I was also impressed by the trainer's knowledge of the Ukrainian language.

We managed to get to the root of my problems, greatly increase my self-esteem and forge not only goals but also visions for the future. In addition, we exceeded all the requirements of the employment agency and achieved very good results in terms of my CV and self-presentation.
