We are looking for you as an AVGS partner! Expand your portfolio together with us and, as a coach, offer your clients the opportunity to attend 100% government subsidized coaching sessions with you.

Acquisition

Independent customer acquisition in the field of government subsidized coaching

Research

The identification of individual barriers to placement adapted to the respective participant

Elaboration

Development of individual wishes and strengths

Development

Developing an application strategy

Creation

Joint preparation of application documents

Training

Training for different interview situations and job interviews

Coaching

Personal coaching with goal definition and processing of experiences

Training (optional)

Rhetoric training and/or language coaching in all facets

What we expect

Your profile

Training or studies in personnel / sales / education
Practical expertise in dealing with people
Experience as a trainer (m/f/d) advantageous
Technical equipment (laptop, webcam, microphone, internet connection)

If you have already worked in an AZAV-certified company, have experience in the coaching sector or have comparable alternative expertise, we would also be delighted to receive your application!
